I don’t remember a time in my life when the passion for writing wasn’t present. As soon as I learned to draw the first letters, I began to feel that this had everything to do with me.

But even before I learned how to write, I already gave clues that I would like to work with this ability. After all, I was always in love with telling and hearing stories as well. I was that child who would talk to everyone, friends, family, and even strangers on the street. To the point where my mother would be terrified, knowing I could be easily sweet-talked by basically anyone interesting who talked to me.

To me, it’s invigorating to know new people. Understanding the dramas of that life, the comedies and tragedies, everything that builds that character. I also fell in love with reading, and as a child, I would take books with me everywhere.

I’m a curious person and everything interests me. So, it’s no surprise that I also have fun doing the research that precedes the writing. I like every step of the process. Including revisions, reading the work again, trying to look at it with different eyes to see what works and what can be better.

As soon as I learned to actually write, I began writing poems. Over the years, I also started to produce chronicles, short stories, and small thoughtful essays. I decided to study journalism and discovered a different way to write. I learned to be more objective when necessary and to write shorter sentences. Later, I studied cinema, wishing to work as a director, but I ended up going to writing once more and learned to make scripts.

After I finished the course, I began working as a copywriter. I went through an audiovisual content production company, a communication and marketing agency focused on corporate events, and I’m currently working at an advertising agency. Each one of these experiences allowed me to develop my ability as a writer in different ways. Being able to work discovering new worlds every day, researching, and writing about many subjects, it’s a dream come true. I carry on studying and doing courses to improve constantly and keep this dream alive.
